Who is Vivid Wellness for?All women are welcome here! We respect all religions, sexualities, ethnicities, etc. Vivid Wellness is a safe space where women can regain their power. Disclaimer: if you are pregnant/breastfeeding be aware that your doctor/NP/midwife should always be your first form of contact for advice on food and supplements!

Why is it important to take vitamins? Do we need them?Most women need to take vitamins-especially minerals like iodine and selenium that we do not ingest regularly. Iodine for instance is not stored in our bodies. Unless you can proudly say that all of your meals are nutrition focused and your food tracking app supports that you get what you need- you might benefit from taking supplements (especially if you are experiencing lack of energy). As a general rule, always consult your doctor for any new or worsening conditions or before starting something new. We do not diagnose here- we just support how you feel and your preexisting conditions with public research!

What is your cancelation policy?Due to the prep Vivid Wellness does before each session with your pre-session questionnaire- please cancel at least 12-24 hours in advance if needed and reach out about rescheduling.
